Is the free plan really free?
Yes — unlimited booking links, Google Calendar and Meet sync, website embeds, workflows and reminders, free forever. No credit card to sign up. Pro adds the AI assistant.
How do the website embeds work?
Paste one line of code on your site and your booking page appears right there — inline, as a popup button, or as a floating bubble. It sizes itself automatically and matches your colors. There's also a no-script version for site builders that block scripts.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
Three things around every meeting: it briefs you before (who they are, what happened last time), an AI notetaker joins the call and files the summary, decisions and action items, and afterwards it drafts the follow-up email from what was actually said. You review everything — nothing sends itself.
Does Meetly work with Google Calendar and Google Meet?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar in one click and Meetly only ever offers times that are truly free; confirmed bookings land on everyone's calendar with a Google Meet link attached. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are coming soon.
Can I take deposits or payments when someone books?
Yes — connect Stripe and any event type can require a deposit or full payment at booking time. Money goes straight to your Stripe account.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, from Settings → Plan & billing. Downgrading keeps all your booking links and history; you only lose the AI features.
