Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meetly (the "Service") at appmeetly.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or violate any law.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload malicious content or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service.
Bookings and third parties
Meetly helps you coordinate meetings; you are responsible for the meetings you host or attend and for your interactions with invitees. The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Calendar and Stripe, whose own terms apply to your use of them.
Plans, payments, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as event details and branding). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
